Lloyd Motor Group have a new and exciting opportunity for a Customer Retention Executive to join our team.

This is an exciting time as we are forming one collaborative customer experience team based at Lloyd BMW / MINI Carlisle. The team will oversee all outbound and inbound calls to our customers who require an MOT, Service or Health check on their vehicle.

After customer service training, we will equip you with the knowledge and skills to deliver first-class customer service on every call. Full training will be provided around customer bookings, upselling our products and using various software tools.

We are looking for people with passion and integrity, the ability to manage multiple customers, and excellent communication skills. You don’t need recent Contact Centre or customer service experience, just the ability to want to learn and represent a luxury brand to a high standard.

Main Duties would include:

  • To utilise iLloyd and Dealer Management / manufacturer systems to contact customers due for service, MOT or vehicle updates checking EVHC system for any outstanding deferred work for follow up / clear down
  • Apply understanding of the customer’s needs to guide them towards the product or service that will best meet their needs
  • To promote Service Plans and Products to applicable customers and new service customers as a retention tool
  • Supports the Service Manager and team to meet objectives
  • Work with your colleagues to actively promote our services and identify business opportunities.

Salary: £24,400 Basic Salary Per Annum with an OTE of £29,000 Per Annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
