Lloyd BMW/MINI Carlisle - Apprentice Service Retention Administrator

Permanent, Full Time, Monday to Friday

As an Apprentice Service Retention Administrator, typical duties include:

• Working together with the Service Retention team to create sales opportunities from our existing customer database and enhance customer retention within the Sales departments.
• Converse with our customers on a professional level on both inbound and outbound calls, converting prospects into appointments and identifying additional business opportunities, always portraying a positive impression of the business.
• Accurately process and input information whilst dealing with customers over the telephone.
• Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department
• Booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out, informing customers of the progress of their vehicle.
• Sell customer repairs/parts etc., and finalising the invoice on completion.
• Customer service and retention follow up calls.
• Follow up on targeted marketing/warranty campaigns/recalls for Customers
• Data capture.

The Training:

Qualification: Level 3 Business Administration 

During the course, the training is conducted at BMW Carlisle and classroom settings, this includes 1 day a week at Carlisle College.

Applicants must possess the following:

• GCSEs grades 4 or above in English & Maths.

• Team player

• Dependable and punctual

• Attention to detail

• Ability to operate well under pressure
