South Lakes BMW's Magnificent 7
This week at South Lakes BMW we celebrate the achievements of 7 fantastic members of our aftersales team, who have recently completed their BMW Certification programmes.
At Lloyd, we are passionate about creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences. To help us maintain the quality of service we pride ourselves on, our expert team partake in regular manufacturer training to expand on their knowledge and ensure your BMW continues to remain a BMW throughout.

Alistair Millington, Parts Manager – recently passed the BMW Line Manager Certification programme.

Alfie White, Service Technician – completed his BMW Technician Apprenticeship with a Merit and is now a Certified BMW Service Technician.

Ben Park, Parts Advisor – completed his BMW Customer Service Apprenticeship with a Distinction pass and is now a Certified BMW Parts Advisor.

Leno Massimo, Service Technician - passed his BMW Service Technician Assessment and now a Certified BMW Service Technician.

Oliver Postlethwaite, Service Advisor - completed a BMW Customer Service Apprenticeship with a Distinction pass and is now a Certified MINI Service Advisor.

Marcel Motyka, Service Advisor - completed his BMW Customer Service Apprenticeship with a Distinction pass and is now a Certified BMW Service Advisor.

Alan Wain, Workshop Manager - completed the BMW Line Manager Certification programme.
When asked about these achievements, Aftersales Manager John Stephens commented:
