Hello Craig, tell us a bit about yourself!
"I have worked in motor trade for 20 years and have recently returned to Lloyd Motor Group after 9 months working for a finance lender. I am a huge football fan and find myself on the golf course on most days off, I have also just got married in Ibiza recently and recently back from an unbelievable honeymoon in Dubai!"

"I first started my career in 2005 in Dumfries as a trainee salesman... knowing nothing at all about cars! I soon worked up to Business Manager before ultimately moving in with my future wife which caused me to relocate my work to Carlisle. When I moved, I joined the LLoyd Used Car Centre team when it opened back 2016."
"We have a good upbeat meeting in the morning to prioritise our day and know what we have to achieve today, but the motor trade theres never a day that goes the same, we are all about customer experience so as soon as there is a customer on pitch, or internet lead we stop what we are doing and focus on the customer and really making us be different from any other site that may have visited during their new car search, making sure my customers find the right car for them in a smooth and professional manner always putting the customer first while going over and above so they leave our site feeling like they have had the best service they could get!"

"Oohh I think everyone knows about the world record texting so I am going to go for my quiz show win on ITV back in 2008 where I won top prize £27,000."
