Lloyd Used Car Centre Celebrate Their 5th Birthday!
February 2023 marks the 5th birthday of Lloyd Carlisle Used Car Centre! Since starting our story in 2018, Lloyd Used Car Centre has seen some amazing growth and progression over the years - including new additions to the team and a promotion. Below you can meet our team, and read about how we have gone from strength to strength!

Many of our Lloyd Used Car Centre team members have been with us since the early days – Richard Naylor, our Sales Manager, has been here since day one, as has our Sales Administrator, Barbara McBurnie, and Craig Crosbie, who joined the team as a Sales Executive and was promoted to Senior Sales Executive in May last year. Our Sales Executive Martin Wolf has also been with us for 4 years, with our Sales Executives Andrew Kirk and Jonny Edgar joining the sales team most recently.
Taking a trip down memory lane, Craig has shared with us a side-by-side comparison from 2018 when he first started at Lloyd Used Car Centre vs him now in 2023. Do you think much has changed?

At Lloyd Used Car Centre, we’re proud that, 5 years on, we still source only the best used cars from part-exchanges within Lloyd Motor Group, rather than from auctions or leasing companies. Although this has stayed constant throughout the years, our team’s success has been on a steady uprise, and the team are proud to have gone from selling around 30 cars a month in 2018, to now around 80 a month. Part of our success is down to our customer service, which is paramount to everybody at Lloyd Used Car Centre. In 2022, we were delighted to be highly rated for customer service by AutoTrader!
Another huge factor in our success over the years is our dedicated aftersales team, and, of course, our Digital Merchandiser, Gary MacDonald! When you purchase a used vehicle from us, the journey doesn’t end there - Our aftersales team at Lloyd Used Car Centre welcome all makes and models for maintenance, servicing, MOTs and repairs, and our technicians are trained to the latest factory standards using the most up-to-date equipment, so you know your car is in the best hands when in our team’s care.
