Lloyd Kia Carlisle recognised globally with Kia Platinum Prestige Award

Lloyd Kia Carlisle are delighted to have received a number of awards at the Kia UK Conference held in Liverpool yesterday.



Kia UK hold an annual conference for their whole dealer network to celebrate top performing retailers. This year, Lloyd Kia Carlisle were delighted to receive 3 awards: Dealer Excellence, Customer Experience and Kia Platinum Prestige.


 

Dealer Excellence Award

Each year, Kia UK select their top 3 dealers based on Sales, Aftersales and Customer Experience, who are then awarded ‘Dealer Excellence’. Lloyd Kia Carlisle are very proud to have been selected for this award this year, especially after spending 7 months out of the showroom in 2023 whilst their new showroom and facilities were being constructed.

Customer Experience Award

Kia UK’s ‘Customer Experience’ award is based on the feedback and satisfaction of their customers. Lloyd Kia Carlisle pride themselves on delivering extremely high levels of service, and always aim to exceed expectations. The team’s dedication to customer service is reflected in winning this award.


 

Kia Platinum Prestige Award

The Kia Platinum Prestige Award is presented to the top 3% of Kia dealerships worldwide. To achieve this award, the Kia retailer needs to excel in customer satisfaction, performance and process. To be awarded this is a true reflection of the hard work and dedication delivered by the team at Lloyd Kia Carlisle throughout the year.

Head of Business, Roy Holliday, said, “To be recognised as one of the best Kia dealerships globally for 2023, after going through a major showroom refurbishment which resulted in us operating offsite for 7 months, is a testament to not only the staff for adjusting to their temporary environment and still providing exceptional levels of customer experience, but also to our loyal customers who have supported us through this period.

Roy went on to say, “I am very proud of the team here at Lloyd Kia Carlisle and their dedication to not only deliver the best customer service, but also to the award-winning Kia brand. We are very excited to continue on our Kia journey.’

2024 is off to a very positive start for Lloyd Kia Carlisle, and there is plenty more to look forward to as the year goes on, with a number of new models joining the Kia range.
