During your visit, you will have the opportunity to explore the spectacular Rose Castle and its grounds - a tranquil venue that offers a rich blend of elegance, historical significance, and functionality. Set within the beautiful Caldew Valley, it may be private and secluded from the outside world, but it’s only 7 miles from the M6 and all that the Lake District has to offer.


 
Originally the palace of the bishops of Carlisle, the 800-year-old castle has been respectfully restored to combine modern convenience with unpretentious classic luxury and style.
