Site Maintenance Person

Fantastic opportunity for a Site Maintenance Person to join the team at our exciting, newly acquired, Retail Centre at Lloyd North Tyneside BMW & MINI (Silverlink).

Salary: £24,440 Per Annum.

Hours: 40 Hours per week.

Role responsibilities:

• Cleaning the Workshops
• Emptying Bins and organising Recyclable Waste (Cardboard)
• General DIY - painting and basic plumbing
• Basic repairs
• Ensuring the outside is clean and tidy
• Fire alarm testing
• Following all Health & Safety regulations
