Service Driver

Fantastic opportunity for a talented Service Driver to join the sales team at our exciting newly acquired Retail Centre at Lloyd North Tyneside BMW & MINI (Silverlink).

Salary: Basic £24,440 Per Annum OTE £26,240
Hours: 40 Hours per week

Role responsibilities:

• Deliver or collection customer vehicles and deal with any customer queries 

• Review delivery and collection rota throughout the day

• Ensure vehicle handovers take place to customer’s satisfaction.

• Report and damage or losses to the Service Manager immediately

• Report to the Service Manager in relation to vehicle cleanliness and fuel or useage. 

• The successful candidate must have the following skills / attributes:-

• Full UK Driving Licence; preferably clean with no endorsements or penalty points.

• Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be given.

• Customer friendly.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Reliable.

• Ability to work to tight deadlines and use own initiative.

• Punctual and flexible on attended hours at work.
