Fantastic opportunity for an Events & Partnership Coordinator to join the team at Lloyd Motor Group based in Carlisle.

Salary: £30,000 and company car

Hours: 40 Hours per week with the occasional weekend working 

Role responsibilities:

As the Events and Partnerships Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in organising and delivering high-quality events that leave a lasting impression on our clients and partners. From exclusive brand experiences to collaborative partnerships, your efforts will help enhance the Lloyd Motor Group brand.   • Client Experiences: Design and deliver high-quality events that showcase our premium brands and create unforgettable experiences for our clients.
  • Partnership Building: Develop and nurture strategic partnerships that enhance the Lloyd Motor Group brand and drive mutually beneficial opportunities.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every event or collaboration reflects the values and excellence that Lloyd Motor Group stands for.
  • Event Coordination: Oversee event logistics, from initial concept to execution, ensuring smooth operations and impactful results.
  • Collaboration & Innovation: Work alongside marketing, sales, and brand teams to align events with company goals and drive innovative ways to engage both current and new customers.

An ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experiences:

  • A people person with a talent for building strong, meaningful relationships.
  • Experienced in event planning, partnerships, or client engagement.
  • Driven by a passion for creating exceptional client experiences.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive, creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Creative and forward-thinking, always looking for new ways to enhance brand presence and customer interaction.
