Bodyshop Administrator

We are currently looking to recruit a Bodyshop Administrator at Lloyd BMW/MINI, Newcastle.

Salary: Basic salary of £24,440

Hours: 40 Hours per week

Role Responsibilities: 

• Handle telephone, email and face to face enquiries.
• Invoicing of vehicles to retail, corporate, trade customers and other Lloyd retailers.
• Dealing with Credit Control.
• Dealing with Insurance and Accident Management Companies.
• General Administrator duties.  

An ideal Bodyshop Administrator will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
• Have a professional attitude.
• Be IT literate.
• Previous admin experience in a Bodyshop is desired but not essential
