The Role of a Customer Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor at Lloyd Motor Group, your duties will include dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, and portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department.

You'll be advising our customers on technical queries, booking our customers’ vehicles into the department for work to be carried out, and informing customers of the progress of their vehicle. Duties also be selling customer repairs and parts, and finalising the invoice on completion.
