Jaguar is being reimagined for a new era. Our customers will start to see changes to how Jaguar presents its brand, its retail operations, and over time, the vehicle portfolio.
Jaguar has now ceased retail sales of new XE, XF, F-TYPE, E-PACE, F-PACE and I-PACE models, ahead of its renaissance with all-new portfolio in 2026.
To minimise disruption, all servicing and maintenance of vehicles will remain at Lloyd Jaguar Carlisle and Lloyd Jaguar York. We will also continue to stock Approved Used Jaguars for sale.
Our experienced, award-winning sales team will remain on hand to offer support in purchasing Approved Used Jaguars, and our expert Jaguar-trained client care team will continue to provide servicing and repair work on current Jaguar vehicles.
With this transition, our priority remains the same: to provide our existing customers and new customers with exceptional care and service when purchasing or servicing a Used Jaguar.

Yes, you will still be able to visit us for all your Jaguar servicing needs. Our expert, Jaguar-trained aftersales team will remain on hand for Jaguar MOT’s, servicing, warranty work and repairs.
Although we are no longer selling New Jaguars, you will still be able to visit us for all your servicing needs. You can be assured that our Lloyd Jaguar retailers in Carlisle and York will continue to service Jaguar products, honour any warranty claims and provide software updates and the best client support.

Yes. Updates will be sent to your vehicle as they become available - this will include latest anti-theft measures.
Yes, there will be no disruption to your warranty, extended warranty and/or service plan. During this transition, you will still be able to get your warranty and servicing work completed at Lloyd Jaguar Carlisle and York. For more information on this, please contact a member of our aftersales team.
Yes. Lloyd Jaguar Carlisle and York will continue to cater for all service, repair and maintenance requirements.
