The BMW M3 Touring has great agility, better handling and exceptional traction: the Active M Differential raises fun to a new level. M xDrive with Active M Differential channels the engine's output through the car's wheels for increased performance, ensuring fully variable distribution of the drive torque between the rear wheels.
Harnessing multiple driving dynamics signals, Active M Differential optimises the car's performance to achieve superior traction and control. M xDrive also allows the driver to tailor its characteristics to their individual preferences, from all-wheel drive to purely rear-wheel drive.
