Apprentices to Professionals: South Lakes BMW & MINI Cohort Complete Career Milestone

On behalf of the Lloyd South Lakes BMW team, we would like to congratulate our incredible cohort of Apprentices as they return from the BMW Group UK Apprenticeship Awards.
The event honoured the dedication, passion, and hard work of apprentices across the BMW network, awarding them with qualification certificates and recognising their continued commitment to learning and development.
Our team could not be prouder of these achievements, which help us to continue to provide the high standard of customer service our Lloyd customers know and trust.
General Service Manager , Mike Hadwin, commented:

I couldn't be prouder of the hard work and dedication they have all put in to pass and that they continue to develop their skills to make our business as successful as it is. A huge thank you to Ian Watson and Pete Wright for mentoring our Technicians, Dan, Blue and Alfie. Our Parts Manager, Alistair Millington, for mentoring our Parts Advisor Ben and of course, a special congratulations to our very own Oliver Postlewaite and Marcel Motyka for passing their BMW Service Advisor accreditation with a distinction pass. I am extremely thankful to have you all as part of our South Lakes team."

"It was an absolute pleasure to attend the BMW Group Apprenticeship Awards ceremony yesterday. I enjoyed taking part in the activities and catching up with my course mates and my CPA's. I'd like to congratulate everyone on their achievements, and thank my Manager, Mike Hadwin and my CPA's for helping me achieve my customer service apprenticeship. Hopefully, many more achievements to come!"
"I had an excellent time yesterday at the BMW Group Academy awards ceremony. It was great to catch up with the CPA team and friends I have made whilst on the apprenticeship programme. I would like to thank the CPA team for all their help whilst on the course, it has been brilliant. I would also like to thank our Service Manager, Mike Hadwin and the incredible team at Lloyd South Lakes for always providing guidance and support, I couldn't ask for a better team. What a way to start my career!"
